The current pandemic has prevented access to art, installations, and creativity. Holyrood park acts as a perfect canvas to safety access, despite the current constraints…It is also quite windy!

An aeolian organ is a musical instrument using the wind to create sound. Usually made of wood, the organ is made of hollow pillars of different heights, which create a great variety of musical notes. A slit in the pillar allows the air to pass through and creates a deep whistling sound.
Here, it is made of 5m tall white concrete pillars, which gives the impression of a minimalistic forrest.
